Leaves, family time,work culture is good. Yearly, if you don't take 5 days continous leave then you will face 5 day loss of pay on 31 December salary. Salary paid regualary in time.

Salary revision and promotional interview hardly happen. Last time promotional interview happened in year 2016 and before that 2012. 😂

I have 6years of experience, but there is no salary increments, performance appraisal, even I didn't getting my maternity benifit (salary) for the past 3months, so kindly makesure for releasing is maternity found on monthly basis for those who are all maternity leave, and do the increments and performance appraisal on yearly basis

Secure but not upto mark to other organisations.lots of poltics and leg pulling. Some key people enjoying and others are doing work .
