No point to be liking apart from the brand. Worst Ever Environment in my entire career. No one wants to drive the sales and development required by the management. Everyone feels like their own business and set their own rules. Never able to focus on core job.

Dislikes

Threateting culture, favouritism, partiality and almost Everything. The firm and its management is good. But the worst thing lies in the supervisor who are old staff here. They set their own rules. No possibility of completing core duties.

Likes

I learnt lot of financial activities specially related to Mutual Fund industry. Sales and Operation work. On the field and back office work. Coordination with internal customers and external customers including Distributor and Investors. Full support and regular guidance from Senior Managers.

Dislikes

Nothing specific. UTI Mutual Fund is not believing in number one race.It believe in retaining existing investors with best returns and services.

Excellent work life balance and limited work pressure.

Dislikes

They promote literally anyone despite of their achievements past experience. You may get promoted within a year even if you can't read. People here are very close minded and doesn't want to adapt with the new things.

Likes

Excellent experience.... Learnt a lot....being oldest Mutual Fund...33 years...worked...taught from scratch. Excellent place to work with complete support from seniors and colleagues.
