Worst company in Chennai

... they need to get any work. Once the work is over they throw you in the dustbin. They don't provide proper salary to employees. They do partiality and pay double, even triple increments to selected people and give promotions. No one knows on what basis, these things happen. If someone questions these, they will be silently kicked out of the company. This would be the worst company for any new joiners or contract people. They don't provide proper basic salary. In the name of giving salary hike, they are not increasing basic salary. They will increase only in allowance areas. Even if you work hard to the core and give your 1000% effort, they will not notice you until you nod your head for all their stories. Some people have made cost savings in Millions, yet they are neither considered to be fit for 2,000 Rs increment nor any promotion. If we ask for atleast 1,000 Rs increment, their response is why we need to give you increment, we will hire another fresher, pay them lesser than you and get work from them even if you perform very well. If we ask for any allowance like travel or petrol allowance, they pin point and ask questions for price in paise level, on other the handsome people travel & spend lavishly with company money and not get questioned. Work Culture and all people, HR attitude towards work is very bad, they need to change. People are requested to come on time irrespective of our situation, and expected to leave late night along with them though the employee comes from very long distance.

... 3 years only you'll be casual employee if they got interest in your efficiency.dont expect increase in salary,u have to work as a slave but don't get any credits, benifits,No leave for emergency,food 25 rs /day debit from your salary

...ortive. Good in job security. Appraisals are good and depends on individual KPI. Salary with good hike and bonus every year. Good platform to learn and develope your individual skills.

Here, staffs are worst in quality department. No appreciations,no increments,no training regarding quality,worst salary,worst food. In quality,all staffs are selfish with each other. They wont respect within themselves.ego problems within the team especially in quality assurance department.
