Work life balance was good. Job security was less, till from my date of joining my project was under rampdown. Internally bits hard to move for another role inside UST. Hike- very very less. May be you get 800 rs.

Very very very very less hike. Some time no hike. Ask as much as you can while joining after that don't tink about hike.

I had very good team with good talented people who always helped me to grow my knowledge and I had good set friends with I enjoyed a lot at UST

Work environment and salary what they provide for their employee not good and even they do politics in annual hike

1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.

This is the company running by mallus and tamilein, they do groupism and hr is also not supposed and not reachable. I had bad experience with IBC account as @gayathri and @nandini made my life worst in this company. Seniors humiliate you scold u in public. Nobody can survive here.

Have flexible environment to work. Also the managers are very flexible enough to support on anything.

Dislikes

...s very poor. They wont consider the existing employees who work in UST for long. Instead laterals are offered with very high package. UST doesnt have authority on any clients. We do what client says.
