UST is one of the best in IT industry. New campus in Trivandrum is awesome and economic friendly.

...rogrammes. All details are updated via mail rather than conducting team huddles. Annual salary hike is not available.

...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.

UST has very good work culture.. I have been here for a while and I can say I have been given opportunities at times more than expected. This is one the employers or offices I feel like going everyday..

Dislikes

They are not pay masters. Right skill for right price.. retain vs market hiring. Yes you feel stuck at a certain level of growth.
