...ny. Don't waste your valuable time by attending interview in this worse company. I cleared 2 technical rounds, manager round, HR round and after selection HR was saying you are selected but we can not offer salary as per your expectation. We can offer you below salary from your current offer. Whereas HR was agreed to give the expected salary before the interview. Its not a good way, total waste of time in this stupid company. I think they are not capable of paying monthly salary. So be careful.

UST has very good work culture.. I have been here for a while and I can say I have been given opportunities at times more than expected. This is one the employers or offices I feel like going everyday..

They are not pay masters. Right skill for right price.. retain vs market hiring. Yes you feel stuck at a certain level of growth.

There is not even a single reason anyone should like about this company. They treat people like machines. No Cut off time and no work Ethics. All they care about is their profit percentage on every contractor they onboard and they don’t care who they employ.

...tions. Few years back the core team of UST was to look upon and respected. To shed some light, they aren’t a consulting company and they are pure staffing company which don’t pay on time at all to all resources. Jude J and his team take care of all staffing personnel and take monetary benefit out of it. It’s literally a tree which flows down and all under his command. Surprisingly everyone knows about this within UST and still ignore and move on. I hope UST customers realize these sooner and value people like us. They use H1B as bond and literally lock you in forever.

Nothing at the moment.

Dislikes

1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.
