Could'nt wait to leave this waste organization. This company is filled with unscrupulous people from top to bottom. What they all do is personal branding ,but have no actual means to back it up. They have few domestic clients and and keep sucking up to them.

I only came here because they offered good package, didn't knew huge malpractice going on and corruption is prevalent. Never fall for such companies. They might have built a good image on internet by posting fake jobs or reviews , dont fall for it. Better always consuĺt ex employees before joining.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are poor.

Free blood pressure hike, free sleepless nights even for the mid level management, lose of wish on salary hike

No industry standard salary, work life balance is terrific, over load work due to less employees on critical project, onsite opportunity are less

...after 3 years of joining... Also starting pay is very low.... No career growth.. manager mindset is lot of people are thier for the salary lower than you...

1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.
