1) No/Very less onsite opportunities for north Indians 2) South Indians are preferred for appreciation as well as other good opportunity (like onsite) first. 3) Not very good hikes. 4) UST only cares about client so everything in the project is according to client. Your leaves, your project work, everything is depend on client only.

...al. Being an MNC, no proper amenities. No cafeteria. No food. No transportation. Only you get salary on time for which you have to fill 4-5 timesheets.

...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.

* Can try to accomodate transportation for employees * can provide better pay raise * can do better in encouraging health by providing reimbursement

Nice organization to work with. Lots of projects and a vast client base. Lots of learning and certification opportunities.

Dislikes

It depends on project. My project was US based and was a nice experience. The only down side which I can see is that the variable pay component in CTC is a problem. In my opinion, it should be reduced.
