Work life balance was good. Job security was less, till from my date of joining my project was under rampdown. Internally bits hard to move for another role inside UST. Hike- very very less. May be you get 800 rs.

Dislikes

Very very very very less hike. Some time no hike. Ask as much as you can while joining after that don't tink about hike.

UST has very good work culture.. I have been here for a while and I can say I have been given opportunities at times more than expected. This is one the employers or offices I feel like going everyday..

Dislikes

They are not pay masters. Right skill for right price.. retain vs market hiring. Yes you feel stuck at a certain level of growth.

... places to work, they good employee engagement. Provide good facilities as well. only one thing I didn't like is about compensation, in that regard the monetary growth is slow

I had very good team with good talented people who always helped me to grow my knowledge and I had good set friends with I enjoyed a lot at UST

Work environment and salary what they provide for their employee not good and even they do politics in annual hike

Nothing much. It depends on your client you work for.

Dislikes

...al. Being an MNC, no proper amenities. No cafeteria. No food. No transportation. Only you get salary on time for which you have to fill 4-5 timesheets.

I want to know about the company Capco. Current domain: Data Engg YOE: 4.7 CCTC: 16.4 Offer: 23(fixed)+1 JB Post: Sr Consultant 2 grade M2. I want to know about the company culture,WLB,job security,bench policy.Also,I am a bit confused.The role offered is for a consultant,but the questions were more oriented toward arch. There were no questions on PySpark.The manager said the work is on ETL migration for Barclays using AWS Glue and Spark,but no related questions.Should I take the offer or continue rounds with EPAM,UST,EY? There are other offers. Yash Tech:22LAP(fixed) Publicis Sapient: 25(fixed) Quantiphi: 25(quoted from my side,no offer yet) But the thing is that here the work is unclear. Also there are other company rounds going like EPAM,UST.
