Nothing at all... you will be kicked out anytime. Ranu from noida is a creepy personality and can tell you anything as a warning and you dont even think about to get in a conversation with otherwise you will be messed.

Nothin.. poor management, no job security, no salary hike and most of the time you would feel helpless to talk on any kind of issues.

...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.

- Work culture - Shift timings - No support from managers/HRs - Leave policy (1 leave in each month) - ID card/access card seat allocation need to request them and chase them on regular basis no one is replying and supporting. - They don't care about employee they just need business and client. If you have any other offer please join there.

UST has very good work culture.. I have been here for a while and I can say I have been given opportunities at times more than expected. This is one the employers or offices I feel like going everyday..

They are not pay masters. Right skill for right price.. retain vs market hiring. Yes you feel stuck at a certain level of growth.
