...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.

No worklife balance in projects ( albertson ) Always on client project Need client mercy to be in project No hike No job security Once on bench , you will be thrown out of the company .

... places to work, they good employee engagement. Provide good facilities as well. only one thing I didn't like is about compensation, in that regard the monetary growth is slow

...nal in the existing project they just fire them as they do not believe in bench. It means they start hiring people once they are bidding for any account by luring professional with the salary package more than the existing market and by chance if they loose the bid then next day you are fired

...of 15 min if it's morethan 15 min they will put mail even if work is not there . This people will not give proper salary and they will loot from us in the name of inventories, they will assign inventories in our name and they will hide it after that . And they will ask for money .
