work - life balance in USM is great. being a junior - level software engineer, the company allowed me to apply and improve my academic tech knowledge. our team of all experience level people is always collaborative and shares their knowledge with juniors in fixing bugs and also in resolving app development issues if any.

Dislikes

The demand for software developers in the market is high. so, except for pay, i have no issues with USM.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ain why your luck this bad there's just work load, no one cares how you work o if there no submission, you will be deducted salary for that day if you are late for 1 min you will be charged as half day leave and cut off salary o there's a spy who observes 9 hours what ever you do and sends your phots to you THIS IS LETERALLY A HELL!!

They don't treat employees as humans. The HR and Admin team is worst. The HR Admin Praveen look like rowdy and behave same, unprofessional guy. No job security. No timely salaries. They are expecting 4 placements in a month 😂. I think they are not on earth to expect like that. They will fire you suddenly. If you want frustration and mental illness, you can join this f**ing company
