End of the day every one work for Money. Pay scale is very low compare to market.

Good support from immediate reporting in-charge. Space to learn the new things and implementing new ideas. Work and personal life balance is good. Company provides transport from nearby main location. Food for staff is provided in minimum amount.

Dislikes

Year by year overall market price are increasing by 15 - 20%. Expense of living cost is increasing yearly but company having the policy of giving yearly hike by 2 - 5% only.

This company is outdated to the present market. It works like 1990's company culture. We can't improve our skills and our skills will degrade after joining in this company .
