Worse management in particularly Sez plant other plants are may be good but Sez plant is at its worse under plant head Mr. R. K. Matre anyone who is dissatisfied with my opinion pls go with any of his employee

Dislikes

Management is worse they didn't think about there worker's at all for example lenses used for quality check is harmful for continuous use. As I suggested while my tenure that change of shift can be done for employees particularly using lenses but still not done yet
