It is well reputed CBSE school not only at malda district (west Bengal) but also in india. The discipline and security of the school are very high. I am very happy to be part of this school. If you are punctual and responsible teacher , don't worry about your job security. School is very strong not only in academic but also in cultural.

The management consists of educated people, who knows how to speak and behave professionally with the employees. Politics is almost non-existing.Employees are given the freedom to express their ideas to the management without fear. However, once a decision is taken by the management, it has to be followed by all, which helps in the proper functioning of the organization in a disciplined manner.

Cost cutting measures are sometimes very severe. Appointment Letters and Release Letters are issued but very late. Payment to vendors are late due to lack of coordination between Accounts HO and local Accounts of the various units.
