The school was a better enviroment to learn, the technology that is involved in preparing the students examination gave me better skills in typing, printing and photocopying.

Dislikes

Payment was poor, three to four months without payment, no compensation.It was a challenge to work without pay and any other source of income.

Everything from work environment to management views toward their teacher. Teachers come in the list below ground staff, They think teachers as their slave. No business ethics, no moral, everyone from floor incharge to management are busy in finding mistakes of the teachers. Even you will be called to school on Sunday also. Working hours 7 Am to 4 Pm.

Overworked is the best way to describe. The culture & environment is very political & toxic. No work life balance. Seniors & management are very rude to their juniors. Their way of speaking is very unprofessional & very rude.

I get to do what I like doing best - writing, reading and motivating young students to learn from home. I am happy, blessed and privileged to be on the staff of my Alma Mater St. Paul's High School, Belgaum

The Director Mrs. Radha Kumar is a good disciplinrian. She is an industrious lady. But the working condition is ever Detoriating. Though earlier I was proud to be a part of the institution but gradually I felt that I was absolutely wrong. Though I gave them prior resignation letter a month before I was to leave the job, but they didn't clear my salary dues. They don't have any employee hiring or firing policy.

Dislikes

Some of the incharges who are not qualified enough to hold the post and guide the teachers are given preferences just because of flattery of the seniors.
