Salary -- Accepted Offer
I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Likes

Good leadership & kind-hearted Directors. There is no work pressure. They respect/treat employees very well.

Dislikes

Nothing to say..There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
