Almost next to none female employees at decesion level, indecisive place, runs by the whims and fancy of one person. Is not far behind the current trend in industry Wants to launch tech products with Morse code level employees in that department It's a Media company that runs like factory, no corporate culture.

Very nice Company to work. Management members are very good persons, supportive, they take care very nicely. They provide all promotions and increments in time. Job garantee.

Dislikes

Management should listen to individuals, don't believe all directly

Employee caring was very poor in terms of increments and especially salaries are very less and very bad experience

Dislikes

Simply I can say there is no growth(any stream ) in this company in the salaries and work hard and u wont get any compensation
