...nt, I mean to say stress level are very less. Colleague are good and coperative. Here in this company Tailor master, Pattern master, Finishing master , Cutting master they all know their responsibility so that you can work here in without stree. I left this company because of my personal reason. When ever will get a chance to work here i always say Yes. I would like to wprk here again. Nice salary but to learn but long travelling, politics is there, months every 1st wil Visting the factory lite problems wil be there but heavy creating, if they support only life balance will come,

1. The bossed are kind hearted and treat everyone equally, without any attitude and distinction base on wealth. 2. My senior were very humble and easy to work with, there was no sense of coemption between us. she was a wonderful person to work with. 3.if you mind your own business and focus on your work then you can survive smoothly. 4.The atmosphere of this office is very positive and fresh. 5. I am personally here to given them good feedback which they deserve.

Dislikes

Honestly there hardly anything to dislike about except for one thing They don't offer all Saturday off, it's tough to have a life when you are working on Saturday. Another issue is not related to company itself, but rather then the location of the office, its not great at all if you are traveling from Andheri station, its a nightmare to catch a bus or a auto.

Job safety, because I am well knowledged about my work compare to other people here.

Dislikes

terrible leave policy, board of directors are not firm on their own decision and commitments, employees politics are on high level, company management are not ready to adopt new work systems. Zero facilities to employees, singel toilet at each floor for all employee.
