Office culture is good. Few are supportive.

Dislikes

There is no proper induction or training provided. They say first week is onboarding/training but they don't give you anything as such. You are on your own and a person from an unfamiliar background struggles a lot. It's been 6 months since I joined Usha Fire Tech, but to the last day at office, I have only been criticized and berated for something that is not my mistake. I feel a company can accuse an employee only if its able to meet the things promised to them in the beginning. How do you expect to learn when there is nobody to tell you what is what? Terrible experience and an even terrible manager.

The company is good as well as it gives a different experience for me. Actually, I started my job as an accounts trainee, it gives me a great opportunity to learn different aspects of accounting. The main thing about UFT is its a small firm and a growing one too and gives a great base for freshers.
