Teammates as well as manager will be very friendly. Will get good support from them always. If someone would like to choose project engineer field in Fire and safety, my suggestion is that to start your career in this organization to gain the knowledge from the experienced team. But it's so hard to survive the first here. Once u did that u will be able to handle the big project alone.

Salary growth will be less here. Transport allowance will be provide here.

30years old company having branches in karnataka and Maharashtra. Good platform to learn more in fire fighting field.

Salary is very low compare to the market situation and pretending people will get good salary. 30% of employees not doing their jobs and pretending with management, those people will get good appraisal and recognisation. 365 days meetings conducting in office and I can't able to attend client calls. Monday starts with meeting at 8 am to 11 am this is directly affecting customers relationship and Saturday 8 am to 8 pm meetings and reports preparation. More paper works Writing same statement in 5 different reports bored too much and waste of time. Practically those meetings not motivated people all are getting frustrated. My manager worked only for his growth and incentives I didnt get incentives due to his selfishness. Saturday MD will make a con call by early morning 5:30am and it will end at7 am He thought he is motivating us, but my colleagues felt bore on his speech.

I am always like to solve the problems. Here I have gone through lots challenges, It gives more pleasure by solving the issues using the problem solving skills.

It's my first job. I got excellent experience in all the process of this company. Really a memorable moments received here 😍.
