As per my experience with Usha Armour, working environment is not good because of Management and subodinate, working hrs long time, career growth is less there are no opportunity for long time.

U get more wider knowledge working in here this company and the most important thing is there is livelihood which makes any employ work at the peak off their given authentication.

The company is so good and for learning many things it's very very good and also culture and the teaching methods are so good and everybody is so kind it's a really good company for learning.

Previous MD Mr. Adappa was good and supportive.

Strict Office timings, Store team was worst they'll not support, they'll do too much of meetings daily, weekly and monthly wise it's not necessary, morning training was boring and no use, management was not supportive, too much of pressure, need to take approval from management for small things, if you do any mistakes they see like it's crime.

There is no use of joining this company ,there nothing to appreciate or like about this company .All you get is a horrible experience .payment related issues are there .instead of joining this company you better sit at home.

I just hate myself for joining this company .first of all they will make us work hard during notice period ,and make us work beyond our working hours and once we leave the job they will creat a big drama during payment ,for which we have worked to our best.and those Who are pets of the seniors will be valued more and those who worked hard are never appreciated .those who want to get good working experience please stay away from this shit
