They think they are irreplaceable and want everyone to be at their feet. the new policy about bonus is more like how to loose your bonus. just for saving money they put resources on the roles that are 2-3 years more than the actual year of experience. 2-3 years exp person will be a senior developer in the project and 3-4 years will be a team lead.

Good management and friendly coworkers, reasonable compensation, right job responsibilities.

Sometimes you'll have to be in multiple shoes. It's a good experience to understand your pitfalls and what's it to be in that role.

Despite claims of a supportive environment, certain team members in the Mohali office, including Meghna, Sheetal, Saurabh, and Shubham, displayed behavior that made the work environment feel hostile rather than collaborative. Unfortunately, issues with leadership add to these concerns. The focus on favoritism and the lack of genuine support from senior leaders have created a challenging atmosphere. If you’re looking for a workplace that values inclusivity and respects all employees, USEReady may not be the best choice. Proceed with caution and gather as much information as possible before making a decision."

Management full of politics , no freedom to speach, very toxic environment

Good environment for working if you don't want to grow in technical capabilities.

You will be keep on doing certifications as asked by employer but you wont be put into the projects related to it. Learning is related to certification rather than work.

Opportunity to learn more about new technologies every now & then with help of the internal training programs. The company works on the individual employee growth basis which is the best part.
