They think they are irreplaceable and want everyone to be at their feet. the new policy about bonus is more like how to loose your bonus. just for saving money they put resources on the roles that are 2-3 years more than the actual year of experience. 2-3 years exp person will be a senior developer in the project and 3-4 years will be a team lead.

Good management and friendly coworkers, reasonable compensation, right job responsibilities.

Sometimes you'll have to be in multiple shoes. It's a good experience to understand your pitfalls and what's it to be in that role.

Nothing work environment is exhausting

It was a very bad experience in useready People are very diplomatic and full of politics no one is good there it's time waste for anyone to choose useready as their career platform. Especially meghana hr , shubham from IT, Saurabh from data value team and Sheetal from TA team . These are small players of politics but every single person is currupted here. They had taken a shield of NGOs to protect them from doing injustice deeds

Good environment for working if you don't want to grow in technical capabilities.

Dislikes

You will be keep on doing certifications as asked by employer but you wont be put into the projects related to it. Learning is related to certification rather than work.

Opportunity to learn more about new technologies every now & then with help of the internal training programs. The company works on the individual employee growth basis which is the best part.
