New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

everything............. salary is not on time salary behind schedule..(4 month) not cleared dues of ex-employees running from employees always unavailable when we go for pending salary arrogant language no responsibilities . . . . etc etc there is lot more but i don't want to waste my time on that...

The company is open to innovation.

Dislikes

...nal favoritism of the bosses instead of bare assessment of skills and hard work. Irregular pay even after successful completion of projects. No overtime pay... I do receive appreciation mails from by boss but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

Salary issue too much.Please don't try guys.PF issues. illegal work thy do. Notice period applies 3months & it's applicable for freshers also. free envt is there but not getting appropriate work on time.management is not proper. Not sharing knowledge most of the time
