Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Big issue of salary, there is no proper software for attendance.every month they are deducting your salary. I have faced this issue for 6 month. No proper response of management.simple they will say deducted amount will be credited in next month.waste managers.

I was working on this company under the franchise that's why I gave 2 or 3 star rating , because due to franchise I was getting salary or benefits from franchise and from franchise there have no growth there .if there had company envolve on workers growth nd benefits then the work or role was better for future .
