IN MY COURSE FIRST THEY TELL ABOUT ONLY MNC COMPANIES DECIPLINE SO THAT WE lIKE MNC COMPANIES FOR SUPERVISOR AND A S O.WE WILL DO GOOD JOB AND GOOD DUTIES FOR OUR MNC COMPANIES .THATS WHY WE DO OUR JOB GOOD IN PMKVY COURSE.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but grouth. Is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 16-18HOURS.SO THAT ONLY WE MUST HAVE TO TAKE RISK FOR OUR COMPANIES.

Likes

Wipro is the best in MNC company. They provide cab facility and also provide job security. Work culture is also good but notice period is too long.

Dislikes

They are moving in another Q without asking employee. I am writing here because, it's happened with me. I was worked in this company 2+ year but because of this reason I quit my job.
