Extremely toxic environment to work in, They will attract you with handsome salary and never pay it on time, They treat employees very badly, founder's way of talking and work culture is not appropriate. I would not recommend any one to work here, its just another fraud startup by so called IItian's with fake commitments given to brands and wasting their hard earned money by not giving them outcomes.

...gle by the employees itself. Horrible teriable fake people. Firstly hire people. Then lay off some of them and Don't pay their salary then after some time layoff all the employees and said that your salary will be received after the people who laid off before and what they received 50% of the salary . I think your clients are also aware about you😂 that's the reason they don't want to complete it from these bloody people.

...e paid in full at the end of the internship, no payments have been made to date. Since July 2024 the company has repeatedly postponed salary clearance, providing false payment deadlines and ignoring all communication efforts from interns, including emails, calls and messages. Many Interns have even had their number, social media and LinkedIn profile blocked by their Founder, HR and Manager. As of today 7 December no payments have been received and there has been no effort from thr management and HR to resolve this issue. These unethical behavior reflects poorly on the company's ethics and professionalism. I strongly caution anyone considering associating with this organization. May the money you are holding of the 50+ interns and not giving their hard earned money, goes towards the treatment of your disease and you face biggest loss in your life till your last breathe AMEN!

Everything is toxic and governed by the founder who monitors every minute of every employee. Binary monitoring of creative inputs. They are not a creative agency just tech robots who have killed the creativity and spark of every individual working here..

I could only tolerate them for 1 week. My fault was I didn't think before accepting the offer. 1. They Didn't brief me anything about the company work 2. No proper introduction with team 3. In interview they told me I will have a team but me being given an Manager role, I was still doing interns work. 4. HR is so polite that she herself don't know as an HR what is supposed to be done. i was the one telling her it's her duty to coordinate with employees issue. 5. They lied about WFO role (I had made it pretty clear that I'm purely looking for onsite role). The HR kept on saying office is still shifting & the owner says office is already open but first let's settle on marketing things. I felt like in 15days probation period he wanted get all the things done & get me out of there. "Because every single stuff I do he will be like let's make it quick, u are delaying things." Man first go & learn you should give a brief up yo every new employee & also PLEASE BE A GOOD LISTENER WHOEVER GOING TO JOIN PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT MAN LISTEN TO WHATEVER YOU SAY... HE DOESN'T LET YOU SPEAK.
