Urmin not an Company it's Family and feeling proud I felt that working with family not in a company. Director's and seniors are very helpful for all and provide all support to All employees Believe in real things and they are so ground to earth

It's run by family member and lac of organise way and drive buisness with own thought but urmin group great place for work.

Urmin driven by family members and urmin never followup market trend. Product quality and quantity both important for any customer but for customer its not value for money. There is huge correction required for better distribution and channel partners. Unhappy Customer and chanenl partners that is big dent for Urmin. Company never intract with external channel for business growth.

I'll Just explain that Urmin Company was demotion of my career and about Skill development so there was nothing for learning any thing.And Company Culture was So poor Helpless for me.
