Good, But due to GST & demonitation companyis going in heavy loss .payment and materials company are not provideing as per site requirement .so company is going towards the shut down

Urmila rcp provided me a very gud platform for learning my technical knowledge got inhanced. They posted me on site where I learned to manage labours ,learned to prepare running bill for the organisation also larned about tendering bidding and much more.

Due to the absence of organisational structure ,work ethics was not good.Too much work only work work work no free or leisure time.
