As a fresher , i had a great experience learning about the corporate world and the work life balance is corporately good

Fresher salary is very low compared to market standards and Appraisal percentages will likely be low

Urjanet has a great culture. Most importantly, it does not have a dress code; there is no need to wear formals everyday. The people at Urjanet are possibly one of the best you could ever befriend in your life.

Dislikes

Career growth does occur at Urjanet, but the process is very slow. The pay hikes are also very less, in comparison to other start-ups. Office politics is another annoying aspect of Urjanet.

If you work hard you have a lot of opportunity to grow. work is visible to top management. Moving between teams is easy and upper management is skilled.

Dislikes

At lower level people have a lot of pressure, constant account ability to work. Initial pay is less and the policies are not very transparent. I did not like the HR function as they are not very reasonable and employee friendly.

1. Top Management functioning 2. Undue pressure and stress on a daily basis throughout the year 3. Lack of delegation skills and lack of leadership to handle the gaps that the team is facing 4. No support to solve the problems or provide help to work on challenges - feels like you are left on your own to solve problems. While it does help after a point in fine-tuning that skill - it acts as a deterrent to growth while going through the phase of being alone in solving the problems.

Work life balance, no pressure , they have a lot of money, per year hike will be superb

No career growth or say 0 career growth if u are not in core engineering team Downfall of career if u are joining as data analyst
