Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

There is NO any good things to say about this company. Except the Learning Experience.

Dislikes

There NO proper Hike and Salary will not be given properly. The Hike they provide will be like "sack of thing". They provide hike only for the person's they know very well and to the person who they like.

Some employee was good.

Dislikes

Holidays are only on paper. No confirm date for salary. Salary will come after 22nd only. Only south indian can work comfortably. There is no value of the others culture. Company having south indian dominance only.

...956 URCC registered as private limited at 1991 last year Turnover around 600Crs. It has not a systemized setup in all departments, work comfortability, salary and staff welfare are poor comparing to present market

See likes and dislikes depend on the person wise. Depends on the Project Manager. If you get a good PM then the company will be automatically good if not then it will become hell. The same goes for candidates. Candidate should be dedicated. I know work so I am not struggling. But I suggest new comer join this company as there is lots of scopes to learn.
