See likes and dislikes depend on the person wise. Depends on the Project Manager. If you get a good PM then the company will be automatically good if not then it will become hell. The same goes for candidates. Candidate should be dedicated. I know work so I am not struggling. But I suggest new comer join this company as there is lots of scopes to learn.

There is NO any good things to say about this company. Except the Learning Experience.

Dislikes

There NO proper Hike and Salary will not be given properly. The Hike they provide will be like "sack of thing". They provide hike only for the person's they know very well and to the person who they like.

MD is very very good person helpful. But have to work with site team..

Dislikes

Corporate office HR is not helpful. Salary delay. Site management issues. No fixed work time doing work for 14-16 hours. Food is like yuck.

URC will not provide salary on time to employ.After reliving from company they will not give settlement to employ and unnecessary pressure they will give.Management people are very worst.Job security not their in URC.
