No allowance. No leads for sales. Keep budgeted big project. 5-7 years in single project. Updated marketing & lead generation is very poor for sales. All senior will have high priority & new join will have junk lead.

I love to work this company because engineers welfare horrible and on time salary you perform well definitely you get recognised wonderful and supportive leaders in my company.

Site location wrost, don't try to work in ameenpur location very pathetic work culture. Front office people behave like manager and owner of the company they don't know Respect. No one care your problems they care about only and only Sales Sales. Entire office only single bathroom for womens and Customers management is not good, if you send any mail or Complaint to HR or Reporting person your happy days are closed because they will focus on you, ur team lead or manager daily arrange meeting in that he will ask you about sales, leaves , why are you talking with others? They count your break time lunch time, bathroom break also they will torture you. their main focus is Sales, cheating customers, money. If you are really serious about your career don't join here and any Real Estate organisation.

After the so called recetion in the market atleast if you want to find a job this company is the best platform to work with. One thing everyone should agree is that real estate is the only industry where there is no retirement. This company has lot of oppurtunities open right now. A very transparent & no politics place to work.
