There is very low work life balance, irrespective of the department in which you're working, there is no timings at all, Once you join here, your Social life will absolutely get killed. Leads and Senior Managers over here are very toxic each one of them, they'll give trauma and make and it will lead you to quit the job

Best place to work if you have your own vehicle as you need to travel, everyone is very friendly and helpful

Travel allowance should be given, it becomes difficult to manage expenses for people who don't have vehicle

Because of one person entire Facility management department is suffering. And to save their jobs individual are doing it Quietly. If you know kannada you can sustain otherwise its difficult.
