Cooperative colleague and salary on time

There is nothing to like about this company. It's been 12 years since its inception but it has not learned anything from their mistakes. There is a never-ending list but still, I am adding some points here 1. No job security- anyone can be fired at any time without any notice believe me it's anyone. 2. Poor HR Policy- HR is here only to threaten employee 3. Worst Admin team- Your reimbursement will take a minimum of 30 days and in some cases, it goes to 45-60 days, no one is there to bother about your financial crisis 4. Poor increment - If you are giving your 100% then also pls don’t expect more than a 6% hike and in that too 60% will be added to your variable pay and the chance of getting that variable amount is only 30%

Company provides great and unexceptional service to all the customers. Organisations do believe on the sentence that "the customer is the king". Company always tries to implement new projects which ultimately helps the customers to make their home beautiful. Company runs a program of cross training for employees which is beneficial to learn about roles and responsibilities of other co-workers who works on different segments.

...ere jobless.. Also company doesn't give a good appraisal in annual hike process. Working hard for company never recognised by supervisors in tearms of salary hike.. Soon planning to move out from the company..

Salary satisfy, insurance factory satisfaction only for UL employees.

Dislikes

Job not secure, not understand employees condition. Company just forced fully to every employee with do our work without full man power.

URBAN LADDER is one of the best company I ever work with, but they fired around 50 peoples (pan India interior team ) without any prior notice.no job security, traveling 3 sites per day and submitting reports drawings maintaining sales for it's not easy , no time for family, NO proper training but they discuss about issues every Monday. very happy work environment, team members were very helpful.
