The very thing i like about PNSB is their work culture. It's very friendly and enthusiastic. Totally trustable. Employee friendly. Through this COVID-19 lockdown, though i have to come regularly to office but they took care of each and every employee very well.

Dislikes

On the job training is not given. Have to learn using trail and error technique. Salary is ok but career growth is very slow. 2 years of probationary period is too much.

Well reputed urban souharda sahakari Bank learnt allot of experience about bank in all departments, how to handle the customer and satisfied them, my colleagues support me in every situation, bank environment is good and i have worked there in 7 years in many branches ....

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
