Upper management is very much interested in the organization. Culture is very supportive and is similar through tech department. Learning is good, senior folks have a good domain knowledge.

Good pay. Some of the folks are good and will help in hard times.

Hikes are not satisfactory. Use and throw attitude towards developers, you may be fired if your team's project is completed/dissolved. Bad work life balance. Projects do not have technical depth.

The culture is extremely fast-paced and you are not given enough opportunities to prove your worth. There are ethical dilemmas at times while chasing numbers and targets.
