This company fires you after 6 months. There is so much work involved in this as if we are running the company. There is a time to come to office, there is no time to leave.

Nothing to like. There is no work culture, Manger abuses partners and do bad mouthing for employees. Don't waste your career and time here, Nothing to learn, working here is like working in a call centre.

...re about the future and growth for the off - roll associates working under them. Your manager can anytime end your contract without giving any compensation. The third party Quess Corp. doesn't help their employees. HRs at UC favour only their on roll employees.

...ur problem. Some managers are really very helpful but most of them are useless. They pay good but will squeeze you for that.

There isn't a single thing to pike about working here honestly. You are given mediocre salary for such a bad workplace.

The managers are hughly non understanding and ignorant. They expect that working on weekends is important and compulsory. They want you to work after hours as well.
