There is nothing in my mind which is unlikable in uc ya some tymes bcoz of some tech problems our salary is credits very late that sit in other ways this is the best company I have ever work with.

I have worked in uc for 4 months without salary, i have paid companies bills by my pocket, even after i left the organisation no one cares to clear anu bill, all i have to do is call them up ask, and in return i het to hear, okay will look into this, that's it

... does not only treat their employees badly but even the partners who work at UC. when the partners are onboarded they have to pay a certain amount for training and after they are done with training partners buy kits to go on field and work however the company takes partners money and put them on hold for months to go on field or to even get training. Partners concerns and issues are blatantly ignored by the employees as well as managers. therefore I would really think twice before awarding UC the best company to work at. I can go on an on about the miserable work culture, minimum wage and horrible working hours at UC

No fixed working hours Very low salary without any perks. I have to pay myself for sim card, laptop and internet for company work No value for employees, people keep leaving the company because of this
