This company fires you after 6 months. There is so much work involved in this as if we are running the company. There is a time to come to office, there is no time to leave.

The managers are hughly non understanding and ignorant. They expect that working on weekends is important and compulsory. They want you to work after hours as well.

They have an open working culture. You can walk up to anybody on the floor and seek help.

...e, the working hours are insane. On top of it, there's very little appreciation. They'll make you work like anything and pay you in pennies. The leaders are nosey and micro managing.
