Likes

The culture was good, team was small, but got a lot of exposure on the projects. The CEO was leader and not a boss. He always listened to the suggestions we gave and was ready to take the risk.

Dislikes

The company was in loss due to poor hiring and management skills. If the company hires a good manager and talented team. It has potential to grow. Also, work was been done in a rush. No code reviews or no any steps were taken to avoid later damage. Timelines were very tight. Agile dont work like this.
