Okish ,you can join to gain experience but after 15-16 days it becomes hard to survive due to impending work pressure n target binding . It seems like good n cozy at the very start .

Culture is really good, I enjoyed working here. Best part was interaction with people coming from tier-1 background, with always there to support attitude
