Sometimes, the work pressure is hard but thata not all the time. Most of the time there is very less work pressure compared to the salary.

A perfect earning opportunity for someone who loves to learn. Everyday you will learn something new. You will never feel like trapped in rat race. Management is highly supportive.

Salary and appraisal could be better. Sometimes taking a leave becomes a challenge specially in high weeks.

The best thing about UpThink is that the salary is on time.

The salary is significantly very less as compared to the workload. The week off is only for 1 day a week and gets adjusted in the working days. So it doesn't feel like we had a week off. Most of they give night sessions only.

Was a complete time-bound desk job. After logging out, you wouldn't have to worry about anything. Helped to achieve work-life balance.

Dislikes

...no work, and you want a leave instead, they will reject it even if it is unpaid. So basically, double loss - the first time salary deduction for not doing anything (as there was no work), the second time salary deduction for taking a leave. the entire salary and leave policy is quite complicated. They come up with their own rules every week.

Good place to learn and begin your career as a fresher.

Dislikes

Hire at cheap and fire when you show dissatisfaction with work and salary. Hire at peak season, fire at lean season. Replace with new employees at even more low salary (if possible). The cycle continues!
