Worst company ever worked upon . Founders had no idea about business till time they had money in pocket , paid huge amounts to leadership , who was useless and just came for time pass and play politics in office. Even HR has no work , find ways to harass employees . Pathetic company . Only faviourism works in this company.

Save your life and dont join this company its better to stay at home without a job rather working here.

Nothing! Utterly unprofessional and unorganised. Managers mentally torture their subordinates and demand respect as if it's their birthright. Most people working here are rich brats who like bullying people and ordering around.

Dislikes

Everything! The money is not great, the work is not great, the office is not great. But you know what's the cherry on the cake? The trashiest people in the planet are made managers here just because the founders have personal biases. Imagine someone with 9 months of total work experience (one company that fired her) leading a team of 13 people. Clowns.

Amazing colleagues to work with but senior management is indecisive

1) No appreciation for people who put in their best. 2) Lots of decisions are taken recklessly and without putting in much thought into the business sustainability.
