...25 employees and toxic work culture. Management is clueless and has no vision. The most important fact is that salary is not paid on time and if asked the management gets angry. Management is horrible with a total disregard for employees’ well-being. In case you work from home or take a leave they get frustrated. Hence, no work-life balance and you are expected to be available 24*7, at weekends, and they call you late at night too for the work. The management is completely unaware of job responsibilities. Don't be surprised if they ask the recruiter to do the coding and a technical person to do recruitment.

Excellent working environment with providing user-friendly and dedicated team work. Team and management works really hard to achieve goals and consider new ideas for investing new products. Leaders have strong vision and supports in every situation to handles the problems. Keep growing up.
