Very bad culture orchestrated by founders drilling down pressure for employees, No job security employees here worked in fear and only that, they don't care for their employees and their mental well being

Absolutely Nothing!!! I mean you get good food sometimes but work related there is nothing good.

Absolutely worst culture, it is so very hard to work under the managers because they are so full of themselves and will not let you work unless you work according to them. The only way to survive here is do not give your opinions and just say yes to whatever they want. Just do their trashy design requests and you'll be okay. And don't you dare ask for good appraisals because inturn they will make you feel like your work is not upto mark just because main guy who has zero design sense didn't like your design. There is no space for growth and improvement because they do not value quality work at all. Only they need to like your stupid design.
