It is great opportunity to work with Upland has a senior software engineer. Working life balance and salary structure everything is too good here. Here Everyone treat has an upland family. I don't have any issue to work in upland.

Sometimes permanent remote work can be monotonous and hence can work on few policies to see that

1. The teammates and the management are supportive. 2. The work is interesting and challenging. 3. you will have freedom to say what you think can be improvised. 4. you will get continuous feedback for your growth. 5. you will be able to manage the work and personal life well since there are no strict timings, but you need to make sure that the work is getting done in the specified timeline. 6. You get to decide the time you need, to work on the stories. No one will force you to do things in unrealistic timelines which gives employees space to think and deliver quality work. 7. You will be recognized for your good work by the leads and manager which boost your morale.

Dislikes

Even though the teams are operating remotely there is a lot of budget constraints. If there is a team meetup, the employees had to spend a lot from their pockets as the company hardly sponsor anything apart from the flight tickets and that too has limit which is weird.

The work environment here is amazing!. There's absolutely no room for judgment, which makes it a stress-free and productive place to work. Flexible working hours are a huge plus, and the managers and team are incredibly supportive and respectful of your time. Fully remote setup gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere you choose. It's a perfect blend of professionalism and freedom!
