They never miss the opportunity to show appreciation for the work you do. It offers good numbers of paid leaves too. Team event organizes amazing virtual games/meet-ups too

I highly recommend Upland Software, a company with a healthy work-life balance, providing good salary benefits, recognition and also support employees with many wellness policies and other benefits. The team is very supportive and have continous learning helps upskilling ourselves. Pay attention to employee concerns through regular survey/feedback and open communication. Overall it's really a good place to work.

Company doesn't bother you much, friendly manager ,no micromanagement, everything is transpernt, good salary, one of the best company ever i worked for.

It is great opportunity to work with Upland has a senior software engineer. Working life balance and salary structure everything is too good here. Here Everyone treat has an upland family. I don't have any issue to work in upland.
