The best thing is its product. They are so good to work on. It feels great to provide product which can actually aid farmer's crop problems. Positive response from farmers. Truly sustainable way of agriculture.

Disliking factor is its employee remuneration. You can get better salary with same experience. Even the claims are unsure & not timely.

I was interviewed by Viral Dedhia. This man is sitting in his comfort zone in UPL for long time and wants everyone to be perfectionist like him. He doesn't understand English properly. I also had a very pathetic interview experience. This is one of the worst companies to work if you are not a Mumbai resident. Poor top level management.

Dislikes

Bad leadership team. No proper salary slab. No clear path in the company for experienced professionals. Bad mouthing within the company about other employees. Lacks transparency.
